Refund and cancellation policy

We hold your date for you once your advance is received. This page explains what happens if your plans change.

Cancelling or moving your date

Please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone on +91 94426 62212. Whether your advance can be refunded or moved to a new date depends on the terms confirmed with you in writing when you booked.

Rental jewellery

Any deposit for rental jewellery is returned when the jewellery comes back on time and in the condition it was given, as confirmed when you booked.
